Proof that the artistic conceptualization of the universe as being constructed of some subatomic particles of congealed energy and mathematical probability and the theories and equations that result are some how more insightful than the artistic conceptualization of a God or gods and the doctrines and parables that result from these beliefs? All of it, religion and science, are manifestations of man's ability to create, Blake's Poetic Genius. Where Eddie differentiates between an inherent search for proof and blind faith, I see one instinct, that is to find comfort in some artistic representation of the infinite that provides some reassurance and stimulation and a reason to get out of bed in the morning. Whoa, I am rambling... but something like that. Science searches for proof of what?
